Alberto Wenceslas MOUNGUENGUI MOUDOKI
Biography Alberto MOUNGUENGUI MOUDOKI is The General Manager of the National Agency for Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies (ANINF) of Gabon. He is a cybersecurity and award-winning IT Executive who accelerates organisational growth and performance. Alberto articulates vision and strategy and leads the execution of strategic corporate technology initiatives that drive change, advance maturity, promote operational seamlessness, and enhance the user experience. Alberto has 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and AI. He is an alumnus of George Washington University in Washington, DC(USA). Alberto holds a Master degree in Cybersecurity strategies (Cyber Defense) and many leading Industry certifications and post graduate (national security). He has done extensive work in national security and is an international speaker. Alberto is leading the E-gov digital transformation journey as well as the digital identity for Gabon government.
