Since my arrival, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of major projects aimed at putting NADIF’s women and men at the center of projects. Indeed, the human resources of our Agency are at the heart of our various initiatives.Its initiatives include the introduction of a regulatory framework in line with relevant norms and standards; an optimal career management system; an effective staff appraisal system; a remuneration system tailored to the Agency’s needs; an attractive social policy; and an Human Resources policy in line with the Agency’s strategic vision.
